Stayed here for 3 nights. the place was top-notch, super clean, and located in a nice residential area which was great. the food was amazing, and the service was on point. 🌟

Peaceful location for Santiago, near to a very popular plaza with good shops and restaurants and shopping centre and shopping mall. Excellent breakfast with good food. Extra care from the very supportive staff.

To visit Santiago, this hotel location was very convinient and safe. Stuff are very kind.

I was very disapointed for the transportation service. In the web page mentioned about shuttle bus service between the airport and hotel. I requested by Fax . They never responded to my Fax. I was waited at the airport for half hour with my 3 clients. Finaly I have to call the hotel and the front desk told me that they never receive my Fax which is lie. My office told me the hotel send e-mail after I left for Chile. They should responded to my Fax emediatry not one week later.

The room.

Smoking.... There was a door adjoining the room next to mine to my room and the person in that room stunk my room up with their Cigarette smoke. Disgusting. The hotel should permit smoking on certain floors only or not put smokers in rooms that adjoin guests that don’t smoke.

A really great experience here! the rooms are modern and well-decorated, and the staff is super friendly and goes out of their way to help. They were so efficient during my whole stay. Also, I was able to check in early, which was a nice bonus! 😊

My recent stay at Hotel Kennedy was fantastic. The room was comfortable and the hotel itself was clean and tidy. The highlight of my stay was the Aquarian Restaurant, where I enjoyed delicious and fresh seafood. The chef at the restaurant was excellent and the staff made me feel special. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Your staff are much more polite and attentive to people who they perceive as "rich" or "successful", especially in the breakfast area. Being a young couple on our honeymoon, we wore jeans, and were therefore almost completely ignored. The difference in treatment was extremely obvious.

The hotel is luxurious. We found a deal for $125 a night on booking which was a steal. The buffets for breakfest and lunch are the best I have ever had. It is located walking distance to a wonderful mall and a nice neighborhood. Great hotel.
